Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your period panties must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of period panties, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your product directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, contact us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
